For more than 20 years, Farnia has worked with international clients on strategic issues related to transformation and change. As a senior leader at several Fortune 100 and boutique consulting firms, she led, trained, and coached teams in more than 33 countries. A global citizen framed by the first-gen experience, she understands intersectionality and the impacts of cultural nuances. Lived experiences combined with learning at Penn Engineering, NYU Stern, Stevens Institute of Technology, UN Worldview Institute, Co-Active Training Institute, Hogan, and HPI have collectively informed her work as an Executive & Leadership Coach and entrepreneur of 11 years.

 

Farnia is the Founder and President of The Lenserf Group (TLG), a certified woman and minority owned leadership development training, coaching, and management consulting firm, where she works with a diverse group of consultants, coaches, trainers, and facilitators to elevate client performance and achieve more predictable and sustained client outcomes. The Lenserf Group, a 2022 Comcast Rise award recipient, has implemented inclusive and accessible emerging leader programs for one of the largest cities in the US and has supported federal government teams to discover and lean into their strengths. Farnia also serves as an advisory board member of people strategy for WeGlobal, a top EuropeAid consultancy. She is one of 15 mastery level faculty for Positive Intelligence, an Inc 1000 ranked mental fitness and wellness firm where her coaching now serves as a model to train the global community of 6000+.

An international speaker on topics such as communicating through conflict, accountability, allyship, and resilience, she specializes in supporting leaders and teams to align on purpose, build trust, communicate with clarity, build plans that work, and create habits that lead to higher performance, better decisions, and greater happiness.

 

Grounded in passion and purpose, Farnia enjoys time with family, distance running, hiking, and volunteer work in her communities. Currently she is a member of the Career Committee for the Trustees Council of Penn Women, lead of the ICF Philadelphia Center City Community of Coaches, Board Representative for the transition/succession committee at her church, and volunteer at a food pantry.
